Location: Lake Mary, FL
Payrate: $15.00 Per Hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (Training for 3 weeks hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Summary:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls and respond to emails.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Handle escalated issues and customer complaints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office products.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience.
- Strong Data entry skills.
- Experience with English/Spanish translation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Dispatch Experience is a plus.
