Momentum Solar is currently seeking Call Center Retention Specialists for our growing team. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for anyone looking to advance their career quickly in a highly motivated call center environment. How You Will Contribute

• Utilize retention strategies to retain customers.
• Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails.
• Demonstrate the value of solar energy to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support.
• Demonstrate deep product and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales, customer support, call center, customer success experience preferred.
• A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition.
• The ability to solve problems & to think dynamically and critically.
• Must be able to work in-office (South Plainfield)
