What You'll Be Doing:
- Outbound calls - encourage agents to meet daily outbound dials of about 150 calls
- Training – Assist ISC Management with initial and ongoing training of the ISC team as needed.
- Appointment Calendar and Capacity – Ensure that slots are being filled with qualified appointments, appointments are being confirmed following appropriate confirmation guidelines to ensure the lead is qualified and information is accurate. Also, keep an eye on same day appointments, confirmations and cancels.
- Confirms – ensure confirmations are done on a daily basis.
- Take inbound calls as needed.
- Live monitor calls/live coaching.
- Pull and listen to calls for QA purposes
- Assume responsibility, including follow-up, for all problem resolution and customer satisfaction within your responsibility and authority. This includes taking on “escalated” calls.
- Take and handle Design Consultant calls accordingly.
- Ensure “new sale” appointments are entered in Enabled in a timely manner.
- Adopt company Core Values and exemplify them in daily tasks and interactions both internally and externally.
- Adhere to all ISC and Mellick Group LLC. policies and procedures including but not limited to cell phone usage within the ISC, attendance and punctuality policy, performance policy, dress code policies, internet usage.
What You'll Need:
- 2 Years of Call Center Management or Supervisory Experience
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
