Cold Caller: Growth Opportunity
About This Position:

This is not your average caller position. Unlike other call centers, our callers focus on the quality of the call, not volume or quotas. We are looking for an experienced and confident caller who is willing to expand their knowledge of company products to build relationships with local business owners with the goal to get referral business. You will not be speaking based off of a script, rather, you are engaging in conversation, easing concerns and tension so that we may explain what we do and how we can help one another. We are seeking someone to learn and grow with our company and who is excited to be a part of the team. In this position, you will have the flexibility to work from home on some days, with flexible hours, hourly pay plus commission pay, and a chance to build relationships within the company. Experience:

· 1+ years experience in cold calling

· Familiarity with phone and CRM systems

· Knowledge of Google Suite (sheets, docs) and Microsoft Outlook

Responsibilities:

· Make 600+ cold calls a week

· Funnel targeted leads

· Build relationships, ease concerns and tension

· Track leads and communicate with our brokers on our CRM system

Requirements:

· Confident on the phone

· Following-up with leads and brokers on a weekly basis

· Soft negotiation skills

· Motivation for sales

· Well-spoken

· Reliable and on time

· Ability to maintain an upbeat, positive, and professional attitude

· Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers

· Friendly, open personality

This position can be performed remotely, in-office, or a mix of both.

Flexible scheduling - callers may work evenings/weekends if they prefer, but is not required.

Pay: From $18-22.00 per hour plus $200 bonus for business generated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
