Job description
Summer youth camp seeks dedicated, hands on, full time caretaker and preperty manager. This position is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings and campgrounds, and oversees a crew of 5-10.
Applicants must have 5+ years of overall experience with working knowledge of project management, plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC, and carpentry. Responsibilities include: supervision of maintenance staff, including working alongside maintenance staff, project management, assignment and tracking of work tickets, and budgeting and tracking of expenses. Willingness to handle emergencies after hours during camp season is a must. Strong communication skills are required, both verbal and electronic. Salary commensurate with experience.
