How You’ll Make a Difference

• You’ll be the go-to for daily management, build and execution of digital content (core, SEO and campaigns) across our recruitment properties for all brands
• Lead web production and operations for all aspects of the site including navigation, promotions, appointment flow, mobile optimization, 3rd party content, video, etc.
• You’ll blend technical and candidate experience thought leadership to ensure our candidates are inspired and engaged by their hiring experience
• Explore ways we can leverage our vendors to deliver maximum value for candidates and recruiters
• Have a pulse on trends and emerging technologies and enjoy identifying new opportunities to advance our candidate experiences
• Support the recruitment marketing team with assessment, definition, requirements and execution of new features and functionality across tools, content and production areas
• Partner with internal teams to ensure we have the content and communications needed for our candidate experience

How You’ll Succeed

• 4+ years related experience with online content production through a CMS tool set with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly; career site or recruitment marketing experience a plus
• Basic web design/development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic coding understanding and proficiency
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization strategies
• Extremely organized with expertise in driving cross-functional initiatives
• Occasional travel required
