Capital Raise Consultant - Private Placement of Unregistered Securities
Job description
Seeking a capital raise consultant with a background in securities offerings through a placement private placement. Familiarity with Securities Act of 1933: Regulation CF; Regulation D; and Regulation A. Consultant will perform due diligence analysis on companies seeking to raise capital. The role will consist in advising on debt or equity securities offerings of companies through a review and analysis of company. Consultant will provide a final report with recommendations and requirements a company will need to raise capital through the proper exemption. Series 79 license preferred but not required.
