Visiting Angels of Renton and Greater Seattle is a non-medical home care agency serving South King County and Greater Seattle for the past 16 years. We are dedicated to providing quality care and comfort to our clients so they can remain in their own homes comfortably. We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate and hardworking individual to join our team in providing excellent services to our clients.
This position requires frequent visits to clients' homes and on-call on a rotating basis.
The ideal candidate will:

- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all pertinent client & company information.
- Be able to represent the company well and interact with clients and caregivers in a friendly and professional manner.
Preferred qualifications:
- Industry experience is a plus. We will train and support the right candidate.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certificate strongly preferred.
- Valid WA Driver License and clean driving record required.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Ability to lawfully work in the U.S. required.

Job duties:
- Schedule the caregiver staff for hours of service for new clients and open hours/shifts for existing clients.
- Conduct intakes of prospective clients and schedule home assessments.
- Draft up an Individualized Plan of Care.
- Conduct Spot Checks, Introductions, Supervisory Visits and Reassessments, as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date client & personnel files.
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by management.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
