Job Details:

• The Care Team Member position is a part-time, contract position and any additional outside employment may be acceptable as long as it does not interfere with the duties and responsibilities assigned.

Job Qualifications (not limited to):

• Nurse aide course completion certification
• 1/mo nurse aide experience
• Must currently reside on Maui
• Must have reliable transportation
• Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, have an ability to multitask, anticipate a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with day-to-day assignments
• Must be proficient with computers, digital devices, mobile applications, and internet-based software.
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to succeed
• Must be an honest and dependable team player with strong work ethic
• Must be willing to learn and grow with our company

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Report to Care Team Supervisor and assist with various tasks related to clients and general business operations
• Work with other Care Team Members to facilitate successful client care
• Monitor clients physical conditions
• Support clients in physical and mental activities
• Assist in developing strategic care plans to better suit client
• Support Care Team Supervisor with other related duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
