We are offering a $6,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
Lutheran SeniorLife, provides senior living communities and health care options for seniors as well as community–based health and social services throughout western Pennsylvania.

Living Independence For the Elderly (LIFE) is a managed care program that serves county residents living in Armstrong, Butler, Beaver and Lawrence Counties. It is an all-inclusive comprehensive program that helps individuals maintain their independence in the community through supportive services. The LIFE centers provide a single hub for primary care, pharmacy, nursing, restorative therapy, adult day services, care coordination and social work. The center staff coordinates additional supportive services such as home health care, transportation, home accessibility modification and home delivered meals. LIFE coordinates and provides all needed preventative, primary, acute and long-term care services. All of the team members work together to allow participants remain in their own home.
Responsible for assisting participants with all aspects of personal care activities and implementing strategies for promoting increased levels of self-care when possible. Responsible for assisting participants with Instrumental activities of daily living and implementing strategies for promoting increased levels of independence when possible. Responsible to reinforce and comply with all rehab initiatives and clinical modalities. Qualifications:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have 1 year of geriatric related experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
