We are looking to fill our Caregiver/Community Coordinator Position – this is a dual position working in our hiring and client relations department.

Job Duties Include But Not Limited To:
- Building and Retaining Relationships with Community Partners
- Seek, Plan, & Attend Job Fairs as well as other Community Events
- Build and Maintain Relationships with Schools and Adult Centers
- Caregiver Hands-On Training
- Host Community Events
- Work with New Caregivers to finish On Boarding
- New Hire Orientations
- Work with Team On New Recruitment Ideas
- Assist with New Client Sign On
- Assist with other in-office tasks/projects
- Review On-Boarding website for new Applicants and Schedule/Conduct Interviews
Requirements:
- Home Care Aide Registered (or willing to register $35/HR)
- Live Scan/Background Check
- TB test (within the last 3 months)
- Up to Date Driver's License
- Up to Date Car Registration and Insurance
- Team Player
- Reliable
- Good Communication
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
Compensation:
The pay range is $19.00 - $22.00
