COMPASSIONATE IN HOME CAREGIVERS NEEDED ($15-18/HR, PAID WEEKLY, BONUS PAY, EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM PLUS PAID TRAINING)

As you know if you’ve already worked as a caregiver, it’s not for the faint of heart. Caregiving is a tough job that requires compassion, patience, and sometimes the willingness to work nights and/or weekends. However, it’s one of the most important jobs in society, and here at Nest In Place we treat our caregivers accordingly. We take care of you the way we want them to take care of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Helping seniors live a rewarding daily life
- Assisting seniors with basic daily tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene, and errands
- Being a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion
- Being attentive to clients’ needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk

What you need to be successful:

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
- Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life
- Dependability and integrity
- At least one year of caregiver experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have availibility every other weekend
- Licensed driver with proof of insurance and reliable automobile
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull and lift up to 50lbs. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
