I am a busy technology CEO and I recently moved from California to Wisconsin to help take care of my elderly parents. I am in the process of building a home on their property and I am living here full time as well. I am looking for an assistant to come to their home Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 1:30pm (or until done) to perform the following daily tasks to support them and provide some support to me as well. The position requires about 25 hours per week. No experience necessary!

This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a full employee after 3 months of satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vegetable juices.
• Prepare a green salad.
• Prepare a vegetable soup.
• Light house cleaning.
• Gathering mail.
• Dishes
• Laundry
• Harvesting vegetables from our organic gardens on the property.
• Take out trash and recycling.
• Shopping for food in Shawano on Wednesdays.
• Running errands
• Other light tasks as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15/hr to $20/hr
• PTO plan.
• 100% reimbursement (up to $200/month) on purchases of fresh or frozen whole fruits, vegetables, raw nuts, raw seeds, dried beans, brown rice, quinoa or oats from your local farmers market or grocer.
• 100% reimbursement (up to $100/month) on purchases of the following self-care services including gym membership, massage, reflexology, or mental health counselling.
• 50% reimbursement of Health Coaching Services from the TrueNorth Health Center.
• 50% reimbursement on health & wellness appliances including the Vitamix blender, Tribest Slow Star juicer, and Instant Pot pressure cooker.
• Learning opportunity to better understand whole food nutrition & gardening.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
