Pay Range $22.50-$27.50 per hour (Hourly Position)

Assistant Residential Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain a DSP staff of 5-8 DSPs
• Assist in training new hires
• Assist clients with personal care as needed. 20 hours a week of direct care required.
• Caregiving House Manager will maintain household and client paperwork according to state guidelines.
• Attend IP meetings as needed.
• Maintain and document client goals.
• Administer medications, train and observe staff medication administration.
• Maintain staff schedules.

Assistant Residential Manager Requirements:

• COVID-19 Vaccination
• A criminal and Motor Vehicle record which meets company standards.
• A valid Colorado Driver’s license.
• Verified legal status to work in the United States.
• Ability to use computers fluently (Internet, Word Processing).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Basic money management and budgeting skills.
• Caregiving House Manager will have strong organizational skills and adept at performing multiple tasks at once.
• Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Delays preferred.
