Essential Job Functions

• Assist the Cash Specialist with timely and accurate cash receipt processing within Great Plains for US, Mexico and CanadaProcess daily lockbox payments

Process Wire and ACH payments
Process Intercompany payments

• Enter cash batch totals on daily control log in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage the Receivables email inbox and FreshService tickets (up to 75/day)Sort and archive incoming remittance advices for EFT/ACH Client payments

Respond to general AR inquiries
Respond to Vendor Profile/Setup forms and W-9 requests
Respond to Cash Application requests

• Assist with the research and analysis of unidentified items and payment discrepanciesContact payees of unidentifiable payments to obtain proper remittance for application, or to refund duplicate or erroneous payments

Research, document and address VMS discrepancies, utilizing supplier portals to obtain information to reconcile client payments to invoicing

• Partner with the Invoicing Department regarding credit/rebills and other invoicing issues and applications that relate to Accounts Receivable
• Sort and distribute incoming correspondence received from Bank of America Lockbox Services
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary to support the functions of the AR/Collections Department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
