Tisane is of hottest tea lounge which specializes in exotic fusion blended teas. We only use organic and premium ingredients for our handcrafted drinks. What makes us standout is that we take customer service to the next level and provide an ambiance that’s fun and relaxing to enjoy your nice cold exotic mix drinks.

We’re looking for fun, energetic, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our diverse team. Ideal candidate we are looking for must have strong communication skills, fast learner and most importantly a team player. You will be cross trained for the roles below.

CASHIER:

• We’re looking for friendly and sociable individual that loves to talk and socialize with customers.
• Must also have high level of patience and always maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Constantly deliver high level customer service every time.
• Always attentive to all your customer needs and questions.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.

BARISTA:

• Prepare all drink orders base on Tisane high standards and customer needs with consistency and efficiency.
• Brew tea, cook boba, jellies and puddings according to the store recipes.
• Perform all kitchen prep duties.
• Always maintain, clean and organize the store in all areas.
• Perform side tasks during slow down time.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must have an open availability (minimum 4 shifts week).
• Must have availability to work on some weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 and over (no exceptions).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Related experience in applied position is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay is $16.50-$22 an hour. (+ $3-4 /hour tips on top)
• 5% Pay Raise every 100thworking shifts with no incidents.

Store Shifts (Full-Time or Part-Time):

Tues-Thurs, Sun: Open 10am-4pm, Close 4pm-11pm

Fri-Sat: Open 10am-5pm, Close 5pm-12am
