Summary
Responsible for front desk customer service, operation of the cashier office, incoming call support and radio notification of client pickup requests.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Greet all front end walk-in customers and provide help and direction.
· Perform Cashier Duties and process check out at cashier window.
· Answer incoming phone calls from customers
· Process monthly parker inquiries and signups.
· Monitor radio call-ins for Valet Customer returns.
· ** Responsible to count your cashier drawer at the start of your shift and run qualifying register report and validate that the drawer balances.
· Compare Cashier Closing Report to that of the previous shift. Note any discrepancies from prior shift if any.
· Confirm supporting documentation is attached to the Closing report.
· Verify cash on hand and notify MOD if you need additional change for your shift.
· Coupons need to be completely filled out before we will process them.
· All COMPETITOR coupons can be redeemed for a $1.00 per day discount, not what is printed on the coupon.
· Coupons must be original; we do not accept photo copies of coupons.
· All printed coupons must be track able, they should have a website or name of coupon offered.
· Verify all Coupons for an expiration date, if expired do not take them without MOD approval.
· Any discrepancy must be noted on the cashier report with supporting paperwork.
· If an overcharge is made do not offer a CASH REFUND, either have a MOD run a credit on the manual charge machine or fill out appropriate paperwork and turn it in to be sent to accounting.
· DO NOT split charges between two Credit Cards, nor can you run two exit charges on one credit card.
· If something does not look or feel right ask a manager and get clarification.
· Responsible for Front End housekeeping such as Cashier Office, Time Clock/Printer Area and Customer Service Counter.
