• Demonstrates outstanding internal and external service.
• Takes customers order accurately and enters them into POS system.
• Monitors guest for signs of intoxication, intervening as needed according to established practices.
• Responsibly serves alcoholic beverages upon request.
• Stocks all food and paper supplies.
• Ensures Kiosk counter and eating area are always clean.
• This includes the greeting and serving the guests beverages, maintaining table cleanliness stocking supplies and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Prepares and/or assists with recipe per standardized recipe and production sheet.
• Prepares and/or assists with menu items, as ordered, with strict attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Promotes daily, weekly, and monthly marketing events
• This position will be responsible for completing sales to customers including taking money in payment of sales, counting appropriate change, appropriate handling of cash payments, properly processing comps, and appropriate accounting for cash, credit, and comp receipts.
• Cashier responsibilities.
• Cleaning, stocking, and organizing as indicated by daily checklist and operating procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience related to nature of position.
• Ability to maintain TIPs identified responsible alcohol service certification.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions, and apply to practical situations using measurements/proportions and problem-solving.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
• Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:
• Departmental, property, and company policies and standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

They must possess Serv-Safe or equivalent certification, with a comprehensive understanding of all food safety and sanitation requirements. Must be able to obtain a Responsible Alcohol Training certification.
