We are currently hiring a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist for our Hyundai store in Doylestown, PA!

Hours: 2 nights a week 5-8 Fridays 8-5 and every other Saturday 8am - 5pm

The Receptionist/Cashier is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.

What You'll Do

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.

What You'll Need

• Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Attention to detail and administrative filing
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
