We are Key Autism Services, and we are looking for caring, dedicated individuals to provide ABA Therapy to children on the spectrum in our specialized ABA center. We provide full training for those just starting their careers, as well as room for growth for more experienced candidates.

We are seeking Experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) as well as compassionate and caring individuals who are looking to become an RBT to work in our innovative Center!

$4,000 Incentive Plan for RBTs!

Consistent Schedules: Our clinics are open from Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm.

Here's what we need from you:
Education: High school Diploma or College Degree
Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health experience.
Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the child's success
Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism
Positivity & Patience: It's all about positive reinforcement and repetition
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
