Overview:
CWL Enrollment Specialist: Provides customer-centric clerical support for activities related to the non-credit instructional division (Center for Workplace Learning) at Grayson College.
The hourly rate range for this position is $12.72 to $19.08 per hour.

CWL Enrollment Specialist: Provides customer-centric clerical support for activities related to the non-credit instructional division (Center for Workplace Learning) at Grayson College.

- Tuition-FT employees, their spouse & dependents are eligible for coverage of full Grayson College tuition amount.
- 70% Completes heavy data entry with mandatory accuracy. Facilitates student enrollment in courses by accepting student profile data. Collects auxiliary course/program admission documents from students. Accepts course payment. Provides extensive information related to continuing education/workforce training courses to the public. Frequently communicates with potential and existing students, non-credit and credit faculty/staff, and vendors by phone and email. Manages and audits course files, student grades, and other records. Generates and facilitates information for critical institutional reports.
- 10% Assists with primary marketing functions such as offering product knowledge to students, cross-selling courses/services, and entering course information to appear on Center for Workplace Learning (CWL ) webpages.
- 10% Assists with diverse projects related to instructional program implementation.
- 5% Supports classroom set-up and use of instructional technology.
- 5% Performs other duties as assigned.

- Provides a high level of service to all members of the campus, community partners, and other constituents.
- Maintains the confidentiality of student information and other private records.
- Demonstrates expertise regarding enrollment requirements and procedures.
- Consistently provides a high level of service to prospective students, current students, and other members of the community, especially during high volume or peak enrollment seasons.

Qualifications:
- A high school education or GED is required.
- An Associate Degree in Office Administration or a closely related field is preferred.
- Two years of directly related experience with an emphasis on customer service, records management and data entry is required.
- Prior experience in a community college setting is helpful.
- Must have excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a collaborative team, strong project management abilities, competencies in organization, initiative/problem-solving, multi-taking, and deadline-orientation. Proficiency is expected in MS Word/Excel and/or the Google Suite.
- Work normally involves contacts with persons beyond immediate associates generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
- Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (students, visitors or vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
This position requires three professional references. This position is considered a security sensitive position and will require a criminal background check.
