Job description

The Center Manager run the day-to-day operations of the retail location. He or she may be required to open and close the center, help manage productivity and ensure the center’s team delivers world-class customer service to all customers, monitor cost control and expenses, and contribute to weekly and monthly reports developed by the Center Manager and provided to the franchise owner. The Center Manager is involved with profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development. This is a full-time position, and candidates must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday and able to fill in when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Motivate, train and develop all center associates, focusing on excellent customer service and relationship building.
• Monitors, evaluates, and helps maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Pro-actively handle customer complaints and assist customers with problems to resolution.
• Helps manage Center profits and prepare/provide reporting
• Helps oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization and creating systems to ensure standards are met
• Efficiently utilize MBE computer systems in support of communication, reporting and other business requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (college coursework or a degree preferred), one year of retail store operations experience, strong supervisory/managerial/leadership skills, strong customer service skills and abilities. Excellent computer, including Microsoft Office/internet/software knowledge, the physical ability to perform this job, able to lift 40 pounds (lifting, bending, etc.), and knows how to listen, follow, lead, and attain defined targets. He or she must have a dynamic personality, outstanding phone skills and must be able to help motivate and coach a team to optimize performance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
