CMA / CNA - Medical Assistant / Nursing Assistant for PLASTIC SURGERY office.

Bruno Plastic Surgery: Plastic Surgeon seeking smart, hardworking individual to join his beautiful, happy, exciting office. Someone self motivated, who is continually willing to learn and has the ability to complete all duties accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. You will support Plastic Surgeon through a variety of tasks related to patient care and patient management. You must possess a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy talking to patients. Patient comfort and satisfaction is our number one priority. Our goal is that each and every patient has the very best experience possible. You must possess this same mindset.

Professional appearance and likeable personality are of utmost importance. Your personal appearance must be important to you. If it takes you 10 minutes or less to get ready for work, this is not the place for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet patients in a timely, friendly manner.
• Create, document and accurately record patient information into a medical record.
• Schedule patient appointments over the phone, accurately document patient information, medical history, etc.
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
• Sterilization of Instruments.
• Assist in Medical Examinations/Procedures/Injections.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail is of utmost importance in all aspects of the job.
• Must have the ability to take direction and follow office procedures.
• Must be dependable and reliable.

Experience:

• Medical Assistant/CNA Certification.
• One year of experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train a self motivated self starter.

Education:

• High School or equivalent (Required)
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology (Required)
• Degree/Certificate in Medical Assistant / Nursing Assistant.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a medical assistant.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
• Degree
