Join our innovative team at Elim Wellspring! We're hiring Part-Time and Full-Time CNAs to join our team! We offer generous benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000!

Our 4-star rated, 106-bed senior care campus formerly known as Elim Care & Rehab Center of Princeton,is hiring reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled team. In this role, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently.

There are Part-Time (Evening or Night) and Full-Time (Day or Night), benefit eligible positions available working 8- or 12-hour shifts.

Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm; or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am; or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 for PT and $5,000 for FT.

There is a $2 shift differential for night shift.

What does a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) require?

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
