* We have an immediate opening for a full-time Charge Entry Specialist in our Billing & Insurance Department. This position is based out of our Marshalltown Clinic.*
Responsibilities:**

- Enter payments on accounts.
- Process bulk insurance payments.
- Perform refund work & account corrections.
- Work with patients regarding balances & payments.
- Answer the phone and respond to patient calls & inquiries.
Candidates must have attention to detail, excellent patient service skills, and a high regard for confidentiality. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.*_
