In this managerial role, you will have a high level of autonomy. You can either focus on supervising the chemists underneath you, or you can take a more hands-on approach, and get involved in the chemical processes in the lab alongside your managerial duties. This role will also entail several strategic meetings with other departments regarding research and development.

The Role:

• Manage a skilled team of chemists in a laboratory setting
• Establish research and development programs on new products and formulate process improvements
• Conduct strategic meetings with Product Management, Innovation Management and Sales personnel.

The Person:

• Chemist with Polymer experience
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential
• BS Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Materials Science preferred
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
