Job summary
At AWS Professional Services, we are building a Global Team who operates both strategically and tactically to drive adoption of collaborative ProServe/Partner go to market strategy across ProServe in a global market. This strategic Chief of Staff is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness for the region. Specific focus areas include short and long-term strategy, operational planning, and organizational process management. This is the first hire for a new function, providing the opportunity to scope and grow a highly capable team. Additional example deliverables include development, execution and optimization of support models, operational plans, strategic program reviews and the technical/leadership development strategy. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services leading our Partner organization. In this high-visibility role, you will work with Americas leaders and partners, including Finance and Operations teams on cross-functional programs and organizational process development.

The base pay range for this position is $152,000 - $262,000 (yr.). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
