Responsibilities
The Chief Operations Officer (COO):
- Leads and manages the day-to-day operations and provides business support to the programs under the Operations Office.
- Implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Oversees and leads in the analysis, structure, and development of alternative revenue opportunities
- Completes other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in developing, marketing, or promoting business operations
- 3+ years of experience working in a senior leadership role
- Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
- Ability to multitask
- Proven leadership skills
- Highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
