This position provides much needed home based support to children with special needs and/or intensive behavior needs. You will work closely with the child, family, clinician, coordinator and other staff to help a child accomplish their goals.
Job Duties Include:
- Implementing a treatment plan that is developed by the HBTS Clinician with the family.
- Providing guidance and support for the child in their home and community.
- Keeping accurate data collection on treatment plan goals.
- Providing feedback to the agency on treatment plan goals
We currently have multiple positions available in Providence, Warwick, Pawtucket, East Providence, Barrington, Bristol, Tiverton, Middletown, and Newport. All positions are part time and after school hours.
Examples of typical shifts are Mon, Wed and Fri 3:30-6:30 OR Tues, Wed, Fri 4:00-7:00 but there is added flexibility in the summer months.
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age, have a valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle. Prior to employment, successful candidate must pass BCI background check and driving record check.
