Parents focus so much on their kids that for many, getting 45 minutes to focus on themselves and their own health is the only “me” time they may get. Childwatch exists at Burn Boot Camp to provide a safe, enjoyable, and entertaining environment for children while their parents get to spend 45 minutes working out in the same facility.

Burn Boot Camp Wilmington is looking for morning and/or afternoon coverage for approximately 10-12 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible. AM shift runs from 7:45am - 10:15am. PM shift runs from 4:00pm - 6:30 pm. As a Childwatch Team Member, you are responsible for providing exceptional care for the children at Burn Boot Camp in a safe, fun and engaging environment.

We are urgently hiring for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting members at check-in
• Assisting new members with the required Childwatch paperwork and room tours
• Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games and arts and crafts
• Organizing and storing toys and materials
• Sanitizing toys, play equipment and completing the daily cleaning checklist

Qualifications

• are reliable, punctual, compassionate, nurturing, energetic, and friendly
• have reliable transportation
• are able to staff the AM and/or PM shift
• can pass a background check
• are at least 18 years old
• Experience caring for children is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
