Cinnabon, the home of irresistible cinnamon rolls and sweet treats, is seeking a warm-hearted, enthusiastic Cinnabon Team Member with 4-10pm availability to join our Washington Square crew. Responsibilities – creating swirls of joy:

• Greet and serve guests while providing a delightful experience that leaves them craving more.
• Prepare and bake our iconic cinnamon rolls, ensuring every batch is fresh, warm, and oh-so-gooey.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting bakery environment, meeting the highest standards of quality and food safety.
• Assist guests in selecting the perfect Cinnabon products, offering recommendations that will make their taste buds sing.
• Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support fellow team members in creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date on Cinnabon promotions and product offerings to keep our guests informed and excited.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be committed to consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts.
• Be interested in long-term employment, even if it is minimal hours per week.
• Food service experience is not required – we will teach you everything you need to know!
