As a Citrix Systems Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions for The Fund

In this position you will:

• Engineer new solutions by researching industry publications, analyzing product information to determine the best solution that meets the business requirements.
• Ensure new solutions that are designed and implemented follows both the industry best practices and Information Technology Security Policies.
• Evaluates existing systems to provide input to the Infrastructure Engineering Services Supervisor for both strategic and operational planning.
• Test, install, upgrade, configure, maintain, and provide support for all aspects of software / hardware related to the end-user-devices/server operating systems and related applications, including end-user-devices/server optimization based on current business needs, and maintenance of other server hardware.
• Ensure there are no production fallout from production system changes that may impact normal business operating hours by performing proper assessments for risk and impacts to business operations.
• Establish and maintain schedules and budgets for all engineering activities and projects that you lead. Ensure that projects are managed to expectations and within budget limits.
• Ensure all the systems primarily supported are in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Escalate any security or perceived security threats directedly to Security team and Management.
• Provide Tier 3 support for assigned systems to resolve issues escalated by help desk or operations.​
• Collaborate with other Business Units/Information Technology staff to help determine the technical architecture direction in terms of supportability and maintainability to meet the current and future business needs of The Fund.

To be eligible, you need to have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other computer related field or equivalent combination of technical certifications and/or work experience required.
• Five years IT experience related to technical education in End-User-Devices, server software and hardware installation and maintenance, required.
• Five years of engineering analysis and leading the design/implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions required.
