Job description
Class A drivers (including recent graduates) run dedicated, regional dedicated for the largest retailer in the US. This is reefer freight. (Drivers that live within 50 miles of Harrisonville can be home daily-if interested please provide apply and will supply more information)
Average weekly pay is $1300-$1750+/WK running Thursday – Monday – off on Tuesday and Weds. Top drivers who stay on the Thursday – Monday running nights will earn $80-$100,000/Yr
Starting pay is .59-.69CPM with additional $/05CPM when running at night or over the weekend so almost all drivers will earn .64-.74CPM to start with $10/1st Stop and $15/Additional Stop
All freight is refer no touch and 90% live unload
Please note for graduates almost certainly will run OTR during training period due to lack of mentor and to complete the training process faster. During training period paid $800/WK
Benefits start after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, PTO and more
Requirements:
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Accidents:
No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years
No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims
ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto
No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)
Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
