REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Education or equivalent
- Additional call center or closely related field with in-bound call experience is a plus.
- b written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate well with callers using a clear understanding voice
- Ability to professionally handle irate callers and high stress situations
- Excellent phone and data entry skills
- Ability to satisfy consumers and end users with minimal request for management intervention
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Access would be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond accurately to consumer, service center & retailer calls regarding the company's policies and procedures
- Verify and enter product registrations into the CRM database.
- Verify and authorize warranty coverage for all callers
- Provide helpful direction to callers dealing with warranty and non-warranty service
- Resolve issues for Home Depot's Repair and Liquidation Centers, Authorized Service Centers or consumers while maintaining company policy.
- Work with internal customers on warranty claims, stock issues, lost or damaged freight
- Enter orders for customers accurately and tracking shipments
- Innovate the warranty groups day to day operations to find opportunities for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
