Position Summary
CW Waste Services is a growing company seeking a transfer/tipper truck driver for a full-time position. A Class A CDL is required. You will be responsible for safe operations at our facilities and responsible for ensuring your vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle.
Principal Responsibilities
- Take C&D debris to landfill or other facilities
- Securing and changing flatbed loads
- Some heavy equipment moving
- Prepare trailers and put tarp in place prior to transfer
- Occasional travel out of state. Some overnight stays.
- Inspect trailers prior to loading
- Familiar with ELD systems
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass a drug test
- Hold a Class A commercial driver’s license
- Clean driving record.
- Able to operate a vehicle with manual transmission
- Have two years of driving experience
- Some overtime and weekend availability
- Be authorized to work in the United States
