Class A drivers, including recent grads, run dedicated regional account home on the weekends.

Drivers average $1200-$1600+/WK – for recent graduates will train 200-300 hours behind the wheel on the account and earn $800/WK while training

• Drivers start at .$.50CPM, $200/Trailer Unload; $25/Stop $100 weekly bonus. Comes to weekly average of $1200-$1600 with some drivers doing more depending on work ethic. This comes to $65-$85K for fleet average but top producers earn more

• NOTE: This is 100% touch freight with driver placing boxes on conveyer belt. Drivers only put freight on conveyer belt and do not have to do stocking or other work in store. Boxes are generally light weight (less than 50LBS) .

• Drivers will run AR, TN, MS, AL

• Drivers do 34 hour reset at home on the weekend. About 2-5% of drivers do reset during middle of the week but this is on volunteer basis

• Drivers get full benefits that start after 60 days.

• Will accept auto restriction

• Dog allowed from first day after training. For recent graduates must complete the 200-300 hours behind the wheel before can have dog

NOTE: TRAINEES WILL RUN OTR BEFORE RUNNING ON THIS ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO GET HOURS BEHIND THE WHEEL DONE FASTER DUE TO THE FACT THIS JOB IS HALF DRIVING AND HALF UNLOAD. ONCE TRAINEE IS DONE WITH TRAINING WILL GO DIRECTLY ON THIS ACCOUNT AND START AT .50CPM, $200/TRAILER UNLOAD AND $25/STOP

To qualify you must have a valid Class A CDL:

Requirements:

• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL

• Accidents:

• No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years

• No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims

• ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto

• No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)

• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns

• NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
