CLEAN HANDS SAFE HANDS
A Clean Hands Safe Hands Install Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining system hardware within various customer facilities. This requires a number of capabilities including strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, interest in technology, time management, and attention to detail. Clean Hands Safe Hands Install Technicians are expected to aid in providing excellent service to our customers by keeping with pre-determined timelines and thorough execution of hardware/software related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepping hardware for hospital installations
• Work with the Operations/Partner Success teams before and during onsite visits to support effective installs
• Setting up the Clean Hands Safe Hands network in each unit of a hospital installation
• Manage the installation of sensors during hospital implementations
• Monitoring and troubleshooting hardware/software issues onsite
• Ability to work independently during installs or routine maintenance visits
• Manage onsite time to ensure that installs/visits are completed in accordance with the scheduled timeframe

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous firsthand experience with a technology system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven successful record in managing priorities
• Ability to travel up to 100%, dependent upon installation schedule
• Ability to load/unload hardware at customer facilities and spend days working on feet
