Orange Property Management is looking for a highly motivated, self starter to join our team. Orange values hardworking, honest individuals with a drive for success, both personally and for our team. Candidate must be a strong self starter and possess the ability to work independently. He or she must be outgoing, friendly, and professional in manner and be able to work with diverse populations. Communication skills, both internally and with prospective tenants and other community members, must be top-notch.

• This position is REQUIRED to travel between buildings in Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, Larimore. A vehicle/gas allowance will be provided.
• Candidate must be able to use online software to track work orders and complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Use of email and computers is required.

Duties of cleaning and maintenance personnel in this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Steam cleaning carpets and stain removal in individual apartments and common areas.
• Common area cleaning of hallways, entryways, and laundry rooms.
• Cleaning of individual apartments after a tenant has vacated the premises. Vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, floors, etc.
• Must be able to get apartment rent ready in short amount of time for incoming tenants.
• Cleaning short term rentals including washing linens and resetting a unit for the next client.
• Exterior cleanup, including sidewalks and common areas.
• May include at times removal and cleanup after pets.

Wage is dependent on experience. Candidate is eligible for additional benefits, including medical, dental, eye care, and short term disability for FULL TIME CANDIDATES ONLY. Candidate must have a valid drivers' license and provide his or her own transportation to and from each job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
