Live In Caretaker Position

Positions available in Ramsey, Fridley, Columbia Heights and Lexington*, MN

Caretaker Duties:

Hallways/Common Interior Spaces Cleaning of:

• Carpet – Vacuuming halls, stairs, and entries
• Glass/Windows – Cleaning any glass/windows
• Laundry Room

Grounds:

• Clean-up to include trash/debris removal on grounds.

Winter Care:

• Shovel, Salt and Ice Removal of Walkways and Steps.

Show units to prospective tenants and hand out applications, as needed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and communicate in English effectively. ACCAPconducts criminal background checks and search on NSOPW at the time of hire. Not all backgrounds are a barrier to employment.

Compensation includes a rent and phone credit.

* To qualify for the Lexington property the following additional income criteria must be met.

• Combined annual income (including rent and phone credit) for all occupants must not exceed:
• 1 person - $21,720
• 2 people - $24,840
• 3 people - $27,930
• 4 people - $31,020
