We are currently in search for a Full Time Customer Service - Clerk in Medley, FL.

Job Summary: Job duties include contacting Residential and Business Customers to schedule delivery time Dispatch and communicate with drivers for complete delivery of freight Contact end Customer to discuss our performance at time of delivery Interact with field managers and drivers to investigate service issues Use web based routing system to determine most efficient routes for in home and business delivery Data Entry Trace shipments, provide bills of lading & proofs of delivery, etc., as requested by customers Shift work rotating Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications: Prior customer service experience preferred Strong oral & written communication skills Must be self-directed & detail oriented in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel Knowledge of AS400 system preferred Prior transportation experience desired Must be able to and comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct Must be able to interact well with others Ability to work independently or in a team setting, in a fast paced environment Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling a high stress environment Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background Responds well to questions. Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check Must be authorized to work in the United States.
