Right at Home is a premier home care agency serving Lake and Sumter Counties and The Villages. With a reputation for excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. We are looking for a full-time team member who is smart and confident with the ability to multi-task and maintain a very busy and dynamic workload.

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through exceptional customer service. This employee conveys a strong need to win, does not give up, and is energized by developing and meeting annual sales goals.

Current openings for Clermont and The Villages offices.

Essential Functions

· Take new sales calls and explain the services we provide.

· Provide exceptional customer service and critical thinking for all clients and employees.

· Work closely with team members and clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction

· Ability to answer questions regarding medical services/products and pricing.

· Arrange for patients to receive medical services/products in a timely manner.

· Remain in continuous contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.

· Help to create positive team atmosphere in the office and with caregiver team

· Increase care hours with clients and gain market share

· Assist marketing team with events and activities as needed.

Q*ualifications*

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to pass Level II Background Screening

Self-starter and independent, confident thinker

Ability to handle conflict resolution efficiently and professionally

Valid driver license with clean driving record
