Base Salary

$45,000 - $50,000 per year

+ On Call Reimbursment

Position Responsibilities Summary

The Client Care & Scheduling Manager is responsible for scheduling of field staff, managing all touchpoints (field staff, care recipient and primary family contact). This is a fast-paced healthcare environment, and the ideal candidate must possess strong employee management capabilities, solid Customer Service skills and a can-do attitude. Position Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the employee scheduling process and proactively coordinating scheduling needs for personal care and facility staffing clients while ensuring excellent in-home care service to our clients by coaching and mentoring caregivers, establishing, and maintaining an environment of accountability.

  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to triage priorities and communicate effectively to clients and caregivers frequently.
  • Coordinates rescheduling and promptly addresses shift vacancies to ensure effective scheduling while minimizing unbilled overtime.
  • Effectively manages customer care procedures and serves as a point of contact for client/caregiver relations.
  • Ensures caregiver compliance with time and availability software.
  • Supervises, educates, and coaches field care staff as directed by the Director of Nursing and VP of Operations.
  • Assists with the intake of new clients and as well as hand offs for new client cases.
  • Deploys as necessary to attend to short term needs for call outs.
  • Manages all required documentation for employees and clients.
  • Partners with Recruiter to create staffing plans for current and future client needs.
  • Creates monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to determine needed changes to the filed management strategy.
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings and educational classes as required.

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience with at least 1 year of direct employee supervision. Healthcare background preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of HIPPA compliance and healthcare office regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations while staying focused.
  • Motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and good time management skills a must.
  • Excellent organization, planning and project management experience.
  • Willing to be on call at least 2 weeks a month.
  • Valid drivers license, valid state required proof of auto insurance.
  • High School Diploma
  • Local client visits up to 10% or as directed based on the need’s pf the business.
