JOB PURPOSE: Coordination and tracking of activities related to design projects to ensure on-time installations and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Client-facing and/or account management experience
• Heavy administrative experience in an industry such as interior design, window coverings, showrooms, or other related industry
• Tech-savvy and have past experience working with CRM and other tracking software
• Project tracking and coordination
• Estimating experience is a big plus!
• iPad and Mac experience
• Proposal development
• A natural fast-paced personality
