Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information
- Process payments
- Enter invoices
- Schedule appointments
- File and pull medical charts for appointments
- Fill out medical records for upcoming appointments and surgeries

- Experience with Customer Service
- Phone Diva-Excellent phone skills and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Computer literate
- Professional attitude and appearance
