We are looking to fill new Client Service Representative openings to assist our clients in the Austin area! Our client service representatives are genuinely excited to help customers and provide the best results for our clients.

We are looking for assistance in generating wireless client sales, managing clients' customer acquisition, market research and targeting their key demographics in the greater Austin area.

This is an entry-level retail position. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start a career in business, management, and sales.

Must be at least 18 yrs old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication in a face-to-face retail setting

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right sales methods/tools

• Work efficiently alone and with a team to meet individual and company-wide sales quotas

• Follow communication procedures, customer support guidelines and policies

• Represent our client and brand with professionalism and integrity consistently

• Collaborate with personnel to develop the best strategy to increase brand awareness and exceed sales goals

• Take the extra mile to engage with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
