Brand Good Time is looking for a part time Client Strategist to join our fully remote team.
The mission of this role is to own and improve client satisfaction by managing our client relationships and serving as our internal project manager for our team.
This person will act as the clients’ lifeline to the agency by managing all daily client communication, from email to eventually leading client meetings, as well as owning internal project management for all client projects and deliverables.
The Client Strategist will also lead strategic initiatives for our accounts, such as conducting and presenting monthly and yearly reporting and be closely involved in the sales process for new and existing clients.
We’re looking for candidates with a service-oriented mindset that can foster fruitful client relationships, ensure our team stays organized and accountable to what we promise clients, and strengthen our client relationships as a result.
Being a team player with strong communication skills will set you up for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
- Manage all day-to-day client communication
- Field all ad-hoc client requests and delegate to the respective team members for execution
- Responsible for scheduling, and attending client meetings and agendas on a weekly basis
- Responsible for putting action items from client calls into motion by delegating tasks to respective team members
- Ensuring client deliverables, including Google Docs, Google sheets presentations, reports, etc in collaboration with the internal team look and feel premium
- Analyzing our offerings and services to always find ways to improve and enhance our client relationships
- Own the Client Onboarding process, including but not limited to coordinating internal and client kick-off meetings, and own the build-out of the project plan in Monday.com, among other setup tasks
Project Management
- Responsible for the daily interactions with internal client project teams
- Own all client project management, implementing and driving projects forward while working collaboratively with internal and external clients
- Delegate client deliverables and project work to respective team members
- Ensure all internal and client deadlines are met
- Work with strategic partners and manage projects and deadlines accordingly

- USA, remote. Central or East Coast preferred
- Must be available for calls with clients and team between the hours of 9AM-4PM EST, M-Fr

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
