BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager for our Charlotte, NC Senior Living home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients in and throughout Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Mecklenburg, and Union.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.

As a Nurse Supervisor of Senior Living your day may look like this:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
• Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Charlotte, NC and other surrounding areas.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Medicare OASIS knowledge or experience highly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
