Therapist Opportunity @ Provo Canyon School $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS
The Therapist position is full time, benefits eligible after 30 days, works a Monday - Friday schedule with flexibility and offers excellent clinical supervision and multi-disciplinary team support.

Qualifications
Therapist Job Requirements:
- Licensed in the State of Utah, or eligible and actively pursuing licensure
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in inpatient setting preferred, but not required
- Skills in application of DSM-V CBT and DBT.
- Treatment plan development, case management, timely and accurate documentation skills
- Substance abuse knowledge preferred, but not required
