As a Cloud Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for engineering solutions to support the Enterprise Data Platform and the systems and technologies that support it.
We are looking for a colleague who has experience with but not limited to Google Cloud Platform (or Azure, AWS), Terraforms, and Devops tools for implementing services within large enterprises.
Some of the main responsibilities for this position include:

• Architecting, Building and Supporting the Enterprise Data Platform on Google Cloud Platform - concentration on GCP resource provisioning and IAM.
• Driving the IAM architecture, patterns, standards, and automation on GCP.
• Handling production technology incidents / events to resolution ensuring timely manner.
• Proactively identifying and resolving common root causes of issues and addressing those to improve the overall quality of production stability.
• Working with customers internal and external (where applicable) to the organization, to make sure we are in sync on the vision of the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Coaching and advising fellow team members to help develop and grow their technical expertise.
• Advising external teams through cross collaboration.
• Leading projects, design and implement solutions using industry best practices and automation (work in milestone delivery.).
• Partnering with stakeholders to make sure products are being delivered correctly.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 2 + years experience for the following:

o Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure environment for supporting development and production applications.
o Experience in Cloud and its Architecture.
o Programming language – Python (Preferred) or Java.
o Installing components and services in cloud environment.
o Administering and monitoring cloud resources/services.
o Experience in automation for cloud resources/integrations.
o Resource Provisioning.
o Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cloud Run and or Cloud function.

Education
High School Diploma or GED with equivalent work experience required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
