Polaris Health & Wellness of Raymore,

is seeking dedicated CMTs for key full and part time positions. Currently offering $2,500 as a sign on bonus. As a CMT, you would be a part of a collaborative team whose energy and creativity are valued and rewarded. We have CMT opportunities on a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to patients.
• Coordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications.
• Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
• Record medication dosages and times.
• Observe patients and document changes in their condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a Certified Medical Technician in the state of Missouri

Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
